Pinnacle allows you to record the movement of assets individually or in bulk. If responsibility for the asset has also changed, you will need to use the asset issuing function to record this.
Run the Asset Module.
Choose Bulk Actions>Move from the Asset menu.
Pinnacle will display the Bulk Move window. The Bulk Move window displays a browse list of assets.
Highlight the assets that you want to move. You can use the Filter button to narrow down the list of assets.
Click the Move button.
Pinnacle will display the Move Assets window.
Choose the Location you wish to move the assets to.
You can also select a new ownership code for the assets. You can also change the Asset Account Code Parts 1, 2 and 3.
When all the details are correct, click the OK button.
Pinnacle will move the selected assets to the chosen location. If you selected an ownership, and Account Codes, these will also be changed for the asset. Pinnacle will also add movement history and ownership history entries for all assets that were moved or had their ownership changed. Once the move is complete, Pinnacle will return to the Bulk Move window.
Run the Asset module.
Open the asset that you want to move.
On the Details tab, choose a different Location from the list of locations.
Choose Save from the File menu

Choose Save from the popup menu

Click the Save toolbar button.
