The Assessments tab allows you to set the required rating for assessments created for the property, and shows all the condition assessments that have been raised for the property.
The fields available on the Assessments tab are:
Required Rating - This is the assessment rating that is required for the property. You can choose a rating from the list of ratings defined in the Ratings Table.
Risk Rating - This is the risk rating for the property. The risk rating indicates the level of risk associated with the property. You can choose a rating from the list of ratings defined in the Ratings Table.
Alarm Rating - This is the alarm rating for the property. If the current rating for the property is equal to or lower than the alarm rating (determined by the rating rank) then the assessment will appear on the Condition Assessments Alarm report. You can choose a rating from the list of ratings defined in the Ratings Table.
Current Rating - This is the current rating for the property based on the condition assessments that have been raised for the property. The current rating for the property will be the current rating of the most recent active assessment for the property. If all assessments are finalised or cancelled, then the current rating will be the required rating for the property. The current rating is calculated, and cannot be edited.
Frequency - You can choose the frequency with which assessments are required. You can choose a frequency from the list of frequencies defined in the Frequency Table.
Next Assessment Due - This is the date that the next assessment is due, based on the date of the most recent assessment, and the chosen frequency for the property. This date is calculated, and you cannot edit it.
The list of condition assessments raised for the property is presented as a browse list. The list can be sorted as for any browse list.
Highlight the Assessment that you want to open.
Double click on the Assessment

Select Open from the File menu
OR
Choose Open from the popup menu.
