There are two types of ratings. One are Condition Ratings, which are used when performing a stocktake. The other are assessment ratings, which are used for Condition Assessments.
You can enter the following information about a rating:
Code - This is the rating code to identify the rating. This code cannot be left blank, and must be unique.
Description - This is a description of the rating. The description cannot be left blank, and must be unique.
Assessment - This flag indicates if the rating can be used for condition assessment ratings.
Condition - This flag indicates if the rating can be used for stocktake ratings.
Rank - This is a number to rank the ratings from highest to lowest, one (1) being highest. The rankings are used for condition assessment ratings.
