The Details tab shows all of the information about the condition assessment. If you are selecting multiple condition assessments from the Browse tab, you cannot select the Details tab for the condition assessments.
Once a work order has been raised for any work element belonging to a condition assessment, you can no longer edit the details of an assessment.
The following fields are available on the Details tab:
Date of Assessment - This is the date that the condition assessment was created.
Location - If the assessment was added for a property, this is the full location code of the property that was assessed. If the assessment is added for an asset, this is the location of the asset.
Current Rating - This is the rating that was achieved for the assessment. You can select a rating from the list of ratings defined in the Ratings table. If the current rating is ranked equal to or ranked lower than the alarm rating (using the rank in the Ratings table, where 1 is the highest rank) then an alarm will appear next to the current rating field.
Required Rating - This is the rating that is desired for the asset or property. You cannot edit the required rating.
Risk Rating - This is the risk rating for the asset or property. You cannot edit the risk rating.
Alarm Rating - This is the alarm rating for the asset or property. You cannot edit the alarm rating.
Priority - This is the priority for repairs if the current rating falls short of the required rating. You can select a priority from the priorities defined in the Priorities table.
Comments - These are the comments for the assessment.
Status - This is the status of the assessment. If the assessment has no commenced work orders, then the status will be Registered. If at least one work order has been commenced, the status will be In Progress. If all work orders have reached the status selected in the Work Order Module Defaults window for assessment finalisation, the status will be Finalised. If the assessment has been cancelled, the status will be Cancelled.
Asset Number - If the assessment was added for an asset, this is the asset number. If you choose an asset number for the condition assessment field, the location field will be set to the location for the selected asset.
Barcode Number - This is the barcode number of the asset for the assessment. You cannot edit the barcode number.
Asset Type - This is the asset type of the asset for the assessment. You cannot edit the asset type.
Asset Description - This is the asset description of the asset for the assessment. You cannot edit the asset description.
Asset Category - This is the asset category of the asset for the assessment. You cannot edit the asset category.
Estimated Cost - This is the expected cost of the assessment. This is the cost of the Estimated Labour plus the cost of the Estimated Materials for all work elements for the condition assessment.
