A Lease can only be Cancelled when a user choose to cancel the lease. Only Proposed leases can be cancelled. You should cancel a lease if it has been added in error, or if the proposed lease is no longer required. Once a Lease has been cancelled no fields on any tab of the Lease Details Window can be edited. If you cancel a lease by mistake, or a cancelled lease needs to be reinstated for any reason, you can recall it.
Run the Leasing Module
Open the Lease Window for the lease you want to cancel.
Choose Cancel from the Leasing menu
OR
Choose Cancel from the popup menu
Confirm that you want to cancel the lease.
Pinnacle will change the status of the lease to Cancelled, and will disable all fields on the Lease Details window.
