The History Browse window is a list of the work orders that have been finalised or cancelled. No active work orders are displayed in the history list. From the browse window you can see a summary of information about each work order, such as the Series and Number, the description of the work order, and the maintenance type.
You can only view the work orders that you have Budget Group Access to. If you do not have access to the Budget Group for the budget codes that a work order uses, then those work orders will not be displayed in the History browse list.
