Stock Module Lookup Tables Overview

In order to set up Stock Items, Purchase Orders and Requests in the Stock Module, there are many different lookup tables to standardise the information recorded. The lookup tables in the Stock module are:

• Stock Locations

• Issue/Order Units

• Cost Centres (this can be renamed)

• Categories

• Staff & Non-suppliers

• Suppliers

• Qualifications

• Sections
