The Qualifications Table is used to define qualifications that are held by staff members and non-suppliers. Qualifications can be assigned to staff & non-suppliers, and you can then use these qualifications to determine which staff members can carry out certain tasks.
You can enter the following information about a qualification:
Description - A unique description of the qualification. You must enter a qualification description.
Qualification Group - A grouping for the qualification (e.g. Graduate, Post-graduate).
Refresher Required - Whether the qualification requires a refresher course or examination.
Refresher Frequency - If a refresher is required for the qualification, how frequently the refresher must be undertaken. The frequency is selected from a list of frequencies that have been defined in the Frequency lookup table.
