Property Attributes Tab

The Attributes tab lists the static and dynamic property attributes that are applicable to this location. Only attributes that have been assigned to the property group that this property belongs to will be displayed.

The Attributes tab shows static attribute and dynamic attribute details in two separate browse lists. The static attributes browse list shows the description, the units (if units have been defined), the sort order, and the attribute group for the static attribute. You can enter the following information against each static attribute:

The dynamic attributes browse list shows the description, the most recent value for the attribute, the units (if units have been defined), the date and time that the most recent attribute value was recorded, and the sort order for the dynamic attribute.

If you add or edit a value for a dynamic attribute with the measurement type "Counter", and the dynamic attribute has been copied to a template for the location, Pinnacle will ask if you want to recalculate the schedule for the template.

To view values for a dynamic attribute:

  1. Click the ellipse button (...) next to the dynamic attribute you want to view.

Pinnacle will display the dynamic attribute value window. This window allows you to enter values for the dynamic attribute. The top of the window displays the dynamic attribute name, and the measurement type for the attribute. The bottom part of the window displays the list of values that have been recorded for the attribute. The bottom right side of the screen displays the maximum, minimum, average, count, and standard deviation for the values recorded for the dynamic attribute.

To add a new value for a dynamic attribute:

  1. Click the ellipse button (...) next to the dynamic attribute you want to add a new value to.

Pinnacle will display the dynamic attribute value window.

  2. Click the New button. The date/time for the attribute value will be set to the current date and time, but you can edit this if you wish.

  3. Enter the value for the dynamic attribute.

  4. Click the Save button to save the attribute value.

To delete a value for a dynamic attribute:

  1. Click the ellipse button (...) next to the dynamic attribute you want to delete a value from.

Pinnacle will display the dynamic attribute value window.

  2. Select the value that you want to delete.

  3. Click the Delete button.

If a Planned Maintenance Template was triggered by the dynamic attribute value (either when it was added or altered), the dynamic attribute value row will be disabled, and you cannot delete this dynamic attribute value.
