Reprinting the Loan Receipt Form

The Loan Receipt form is printed when a loan is picked up. If you need to you can print more copies of the form.

To reprint the Loan Receipt form:

  1. Run the Asset module and open the Loans window.

  2. Select any reservation item for the loan that you want to reprint the form for.

  3. Choose Reprint Loan Receipt from the File menu

    OR

    Choose Reprint Loan Receipt from the popup menu.

  4. Pinnacle will prompt you to print the Loan Receipt form. Choose whether you want to print the loan comments on the Loan Receipt form.

  5. Click the OK button.

  6. Pinnacle will print the Loan Receipt form.
