The Systems tab shows you the level of a system that the asset is attached to. You can also attach the asset to any level of any defined system from this tab.
This tab is available for Fixed, Equipment, Property, and Software assets.
The information available on the Systems tab is:
System - This is the name of the system. All the systems that have been defined in the Systems Definition table are displayed.
System Level - This is the level of the system that the asset is attached to. If this field is blank, then the asset is not included in that system.
Open the asset that you want to attach to a system.
Change to the Systems tab.
Find the name of the system that you want to attach the asset to. Click on the extension button (...) next to the System Level field for the system.
Pinnacle will display a dialog listing the levels for the selected system.
Highlight the system level that you want to attach the asset to.
Click the OK button.
Pinnacle will attach the asset to the system at the selected level, and will display the selected level next to the system name on the Systems tab.
Open the asset that you want to remove from a system.
Change to the Systems tab.
Find the name of the system that you want to remove the asset from. Click on the extension button (...) next to the System Level field for the system.
Pinnacle will display a dialog listing the levels for the selected system.
Click the Clear button.
Pinnacle will remove the asset from the system.
