Condition assessments are automatically finalised by Pinnacle when the work orders for the work elements of an assessment are completed or finalised.
In the Work Order Module Defaults window, you can select the work order status (either "Work Complete" or "Finalised") that indicates that condition assessments can be finalised.
When a work order related to a condition assessment work element progresses to the selected status, Pinnacle will check if the assessment can be finalised. If so, the condition assessment status will change to "Finalised".
