The Work Elements tab shows all of the information about the work elements that have been added to a condition assessment. You must add a work element before you can raise a work order.
If you are selecting multiple condition assessments from the Browse tab, you cannot select the Work Elements tab for the condition assessments.
Once a work order has been raised for any work element belonging to a condition assessment, you can no longer add or edit the work elements for an assessment.
The following fields are available on the Work Elements tab:
Work Element - This is the work element for the condition assessment. You must select a work element from the Work Elements table. You can only choose work elements that are of the appropriate type (either asset or property) for your condition assessment. For example, if your assessment is raised for a property, you can only choose work elements that have been flagged as property work elements.
Priority - This is the priority for the work element. The priority defaults to the priority for the condition assessment, but you can change this if you wish. You must select a priority from the Priorities table.
Forecast Date - This is the date that the work is forecast to be done. The forecast date is the Assessment Date plus the number of days in the Priority.
Planned Date - This is the actual date that the work is planned to be done. This defaults to the same date as the forecast date, but can be changed by advancing or deferring.
Advance/Delay - This is whether you wish to advance or delay the planned date.
Advance/Delay amount - This is the amount by which you wish to advance or delay the planned date.
Advance/Delay units - This is the units by which you wish to advance or delay the planned date, either days, weeks, months or years.
MWA - This is the work order number if a work order has been raised for the work element.
MWA Status - This is the status of the work order if a work order has been raised for the work element.
Comments - This is the comments about a work element. These comments can be used in combination with the work element description to create the work order description, comments and tasks.
