The Charge Types Table is used for both Charges and Payments for a lease. The charge types define what types of charges or payments could be made for a lease. For example, your charge types might be "Rent" or "Parking" or "Electricity".
You can enter the following information about a charge type:
Description - This is a description of the type of charge or payment. You must enter a description, and the description must be unique.
