The Diary window has a calendar on the top left hand side of the window. This calendar allows you to choose the day for which you want to display events. You can click on any day of the month that is displayed to show events for that given day. If you click on the month heading, the calendar will zoom out to display all the months for the current year. If you click on the year heading, the calendar will zoom out to display all the years for the current decade. If you click on the decade heading, the calendar will zoom out to display all the decade ranges for the current century. You can click on any year, month or day to choose the given day, or click on "Today" at the bottom of the calendar to return to the current day.
The right hand side of the Diary window has four tabs to display the lease events. The tabs are: Day, Week, Month, and Agenda. The Diary window also has an Ad-hoc Events tab that will allow you to enter Ad-hoc Events for any lease.
The Lease Events that are displayed in the Lease Diary window are: Lease Start Date, Lease Expiry Date, Lease Termination Date, Review Due Date, Scheduled Charge Date, Scheduled Payment Date, Lease Insurance Expiry Date, Licence Expiry Date, and Lease Ad-hoc Event Date. You can choose to turn off one or more of these events from the Lease Module Defaults in the Administration Module.
The Day tab displays all the Lease events for the currently selected day. The tab title will show you the date for which the events are being displayed.
The Week tab displays all the Lease Events for the current week. The current week is the week in which the current day falls. You can choose which day of the week is the first day from the Lease Module Defaults in the Administration Module. The tab title will show you the dates for which the events are being displayed.
The Month tab displays all the Lease Events for the current month. If there are more events on a given day than can be displayed, the box for that day will show "+N more", where N is the number of events that cannot be displayed. If you click on any day, Pinnacle will display a full list of all the events that fall on the selected day.
The Agenda tab displays all the Lease Events for the upcoming week, starting from the day that has been selected.
