Introduction to Pinnacle

Pinnacle is an asset and facilities management package that will allow you to keep detailed information on your assets and properties.

For your assets Pinnacle can help you depreciate them so you know their true value, keep track of where they are, and record other information such as warranty details and repair information.

For your properties Pinnacle can help you raise work orders to carry out scheduled maintenance tasks, record your property structure to help keep track of what work is being carried out, and can help you budget and forecast future maintenance costs.

Pinnacle Modules

Pinnacle functionality is divided up into modules. Each module controls different areas of Pinnacle. The modules available are:

• Asset Module

• Budget Module

• Contract Module

• Work Order (MWA) Module

• Property Module

• Job Request Module

• Schedule Module

• Stock Module

• Administration Module

You can also launch other Pinnacle features from the Pinnacle Quick Start Menu.

There is also a Generic Import function that allows you to import data from other files into the Pinnacle database.
