If you are submitting a work order for closure, Pinnacle can send a copy of the work order to the supplier of the work order, if the Auto send Maintenance Work Authority flag is checked on for the location that the work order was raised for. You can also choose to bypass sending the copy of the work order.
If you choose to submit a work order, Pinnacle will perform all the necessary postings to the general ledger for the appropriate stage in the work order life cycle, and will update the status of the work order.
