If you have Work Order Chaining enabled on the Workflow tab of the Work Order Module Defaults window, you can link work orders by purchase order number. All work orders with the same purchase order number are considered to be linked together, or "chained". You can then view all work orders that are linked together in the same chain.
Run the Work Order Module
Open the work order that you want to view linked work orders for.
Choose Linked To from the Backlog or Overdue or History menu.
Pinnacle will display a list of the work orders that are linked to the currently selected work order.
Run the Work Order Module
Open the work order that you want to view linked work orders for.
Choose Linked To from the Backlog or Overdue or History menu.
Pinnacle will display a list of the work orders that are linked to the currently selected work order.
Highlight the work order you want to view.
Click the Go To button.
Pinnacle will open the work order that you selected.
