Re-sending a Work Order

After a work order has been sent to a contractor via the dispatch process, you may need to re-send the work order for any number of reasons.  You can only re-send a work order from the Closure tab of the Work Order Window, and you can only re-send a work order that has a status of "Work Completed", or "Finalised".

To re-send a work order:

  1. Open the work order that you want to re-send.

  2. Choose Re-send from the Backlog menu

    OR

    Choose Re-send from the popup menu

    OR

    Click the Re-send toolbar button.

  3. Confirm that you want to re-send the work order.

Pinnacle will send an e-mail to the specified e-mail address with the work order information as attachments.
