Planned Maintenance Templates or PM Templates are user-defined templates that can generate work orders on a periodic basis and automatically place them on the MWA Backlog list. Templates can be set up to cover any maintainable assets or property locations. You can also clone templates to create new templates, which you can then make any minor modifications to. Planned Maintenance Templates will generate Preventive MWAs.
If a Template has a budget code selected, you will only be able to view the Templates that you have Budget Group Access to. If you do not have access to the Budget Group for the budget codes that the template uses, then those templates will not be displayed.
