If stock physically moves from one location to another you can reflect this in Pinnacle by performing a stock transfer.
Find the stock item that you want to transfer.
Change to the Locations tab.
Select Transfer from the Stock menu
OR
Choose Transfer from the popup menu.
Select the From location for the stock. This location must be selected from the list of existing locations for the stock item.
Select the From bin for the stock. This bin must be selected from the list of bins for the From location for the stock item.
Select the To location for the stock. This location must be selected from the list of existing locations for the stock item.
Select the To bin for the stock. This bin must be selected from the list of bins for the To location for the stock item.
Specify the quantity of stock you wish to transfer, and click the OK button.
The system will transfer the specified amount of stock from the From location and bin to the To location and bin. If you specify a larger quantity of stock than exists in the From location and bin, the system will not allow the transfer to proceed.
