Resource Drill Down Window

The Resource Drill Down Window allows the user to view which work orders are assigned to a Scheduling periods resource requirement. The resource drill down provides a method of showing which work orders contribute to a scheduling period for a particular skill.

To view the Resource Drill Down Window:

1. Open the Resource Balancing window

2. Highlight the skill you wish to drill down for

3. Highlight the scheduling period you wish to drill down to

4. Select Drill Down from the File Menu

   OR

   Select Drill Down from the popup menu

   OR

   Double click on the selected period

To print the resources shown in the Drill Down Window:

1. Open the Drill Down window that you wish to print.

2. Select the Print button from the Resource Balancing Costs Drill Down window.
