The Resource Balancing window is divided into two halves. The left hand side of the window shows the skills that have been defined in Pinnacle. These skills are maintained from the Skills table.
The right hand side of the window shows the scheduling period information for each skill. The scheduling period fields are:
Year - The Year of the scheduling period. You can select a year from the list of years defined in the Year Maintenance table.
Period - The scheduling period that you wish to make this skill available in. You can select a period from the scheduling periods defined for the Year in the Year Maintenance table.
Availability - The number of hours that the skill will be available for in this scheduling period.
Remaining - The number of hours remaining in a scheduling period for a skill. This field is calculated by Pinnacle and is not editable.
