Property assets can only be added from the Property Module. When you are adding an asset in the Asset Module, the only classes of asset available to add will be Fixed, Software, and Equipment. Equipment will also only be available if you have the Facilities Management modules of Pinnacle (MWA, Budget, Contract, Schedule, and Job Request).
