After a loan reservation has been made, you may need to cancel one or more of the reservation items if the assets are no longer required by the loanee.
Run the Asset module and open the Loans window.
Select the reservation item that you wish to cancel.
Select Cancel from the File menu
OR
Choose Cancel from the popup menu
Confirm that you want to cancel the reservation item.
Pinnacle will change the status of the reservation item to Cancelled. If the reservation item was the only item on the loan, that loan can no longer be picked up. If there are more reservation items on the loan, the cancelled reservation item will not be picked up if the rest of the loan reservation items are picked up.
