Recalling Finalised Assets

If you have finalised or cancelled an asset, but you wish to return it to an active status, you can Recall finalised or cancelled assets.

To bulk recall assets:

1. Run the Asset Module.

2. Choose Bulk Actions>Recall from the Asset menu.

   Pinnacle will display the Bulk Recall window. The Bulk Recall window displays a browse list of finalised and cancelled assets.

3. Highlight the assets that you want to recall. You can use the Filter button to narrow down the list of assets.

4. Click the Recall button.

5. Confirm that you want to recall the assets.

   Pinnacle will recall the selected assets. The status of the selected assets will be set to In Store. Once the recall is complete, Pinnacle will return to the Bulk Recall window.

To recall a single asset:

1. Run the Asset module.

2. Choose Bulk Actions>Recall from the Asset menu. Highlight the single asset that you wish to recall.

   OR

   Open the asset that you want to recall. Choose Bulk Actions>Recall from the Asset menu. Pinnacle will open the Bulk Recall window and will automatically highlight the asset that was open.

   OR

   Open the asset that you want to recall. Choose Recall from the Assets menu OR Choose Recall from the popup menu. Pinnacle will open the Bulk Recall window and will automatically highlight the asset that was open.

3. Click the Recall button.

4. Confirm that you want to recall the asset.

   Pinnacle will recall the selected asset. The status of the selected asset will be set to In Store. Once the recall is complete, Pinnacle will return to the Bulk Recall window.
