Property Leases Tab

The Leases tab lists all the leases that the property has been associated with via the Lease Tenancy Tab.  The Leases tab is only available for properties that have been flagged as Available for Property Management.

The list of leases is presented as a browse list. The lease list can be sorted as for any browse list.

To open a lease from the Leases tab:

1. Open the property that you want to view the leases for.

2. Change to the Leases tab.

3. Highlight the lease that you want to open.

4. Double click on the lease

   OR

   Select Open from the File menu

   OR

   Choose Open from the popup menu.

   Pinnacle will open the Leasing Module, and will display the selected lease.
