The Occupancy Report displays the occupancy rate as a percentage for your properties for a given set of dates. You can also choose to group the occupancy report by the highest leasable property in the property hierarchy for groups of properties. For example if you are leasing multiple floors for a building, you can choose to group the report to show the total occupancy rate of the building as a whole, rather than individual floors.
Report Parameters:
The Start and End dates for the report
Whether to group the report by the highest leasable parent in the property hierarchy
Run the Leasing Module.
Choose Occupancy from the Reports menu option.
Choose the dates that you want to report on. Choose whether to group the report by the highest leasable parent. Click the OK button.
Select the parameters for the report (if any). Click the OK button on the report parameter window to run the report.
