The Licence Valid Date Report will report on the Licences that have been added to Pinnacle, the origin of the licence (whether it is a Lease Licence or a Property Licence), and the start and end dates for the licence. If the Licence has been associated with a Lease, the report will display the dates for which the licence is valid for the lease.
Run the Leasing Module.
Choose Licence Valid Date from the Reports menu option.
Select the parameters for the report (if any). Click the OK button on the report parameter window to run the report.
