Lease List Report

The Lease List Report provides a detailed list of all the leases that have been created. The report will list all the summary information about a lease, in order to give you a general overview of all the leases in Pinnacle.

Report Parameters:

• Whether to include properties

• Whether to include contacts

• Lease Statuses to include

To run the Lease List Report:

1. Run the Leasing Module.

2. Choose Lease List from the Reports menu option.

3. Choose whether to include properties, or contacts. Click the OK button.

4. Choose the lease statuses to include in the report. By default, the system will choose Proposed, Active, and Expired leases to include on the report.  Select the parameters for the report (if any). Click the OK button on the report parameter window to run the report.
