The Diary Event Report allows you to report on the Leasing events that would be displayed on the Lease Diary window. You can choose the dates for which you wish to run the report, and you can choose which events you would like to include on the report. If you choose to include ad-hoc events, you can also choose whether to display ad-hoc events for all users, instead of just the user that is running the report.
Report Parameters:
The Start and End dates for the report
Which lease events to include on the report
Whether to include ad-hoc events for all users
Run the Leasing Module.
Choose Diary Event from the Reports menu option.
Choose the dates that you want to report on. Choose the lease events that you want to include in the report. If you have chosen to include ad-hoc events, choose whether you want to include ad-hoc events for all users, or just yourself. Click the OK button.
Select the parameters for the report (if any). Click the OK button on the report parameter window to run the report.
