Finding a Property Lease

There are many ways you can look for a lease using the browse windows, but you may want a quick method of finding a lease. If you know the lease code you can find the lease quickly. Or you may want to find all the leases for a certain lessor, or payee. You can use the Find Lease option to find your leases quickly.

To find a lease:

1. Open the Leasing Module

2. Choose Find from the Lease menu

   OR

   Click the Find Lease toolbar button

   Pinnacle will display a dialog box that will let you decide how you want to find the lease.

3. If you want to find the lease based on its lease code, click the Lease Code radio button, and type the Lease Code into the adjoining field.

   OR

   If you want to find the lease based on its lessor, click the Lessor radio button, and choose the lessor from the drop down list of lease entities.

   OR

   If you want to find the lease based on its lessee, click the Lessee radio button, and choose the lessee from the drop down list of lease entities.

   OR

   If you want to find the lease based on its payee, click the Payee radio button, and choose the payee from the drop down list of lease entities.

4. Click the OK button.

   Pinnacle will search for and display the first lease that matches the Find criteria that you have chosen. If no lease can be found that matches your selections, Pinnacle will display an error message.
