Lease Tree Browse Window

The Lease Tree Browse Window shows the properties that have been defined in Pinnacle, and the leases associated with those properties. The hierarchy tree shows the top level properties, below them are level two properties, and so on. The Lease Tree Browse window also shows any leases that have been associated with the properties, at the appropriate levels.

The Lease Tree Browse Window displays coloured pins next to certain properties to help identify which properties have leases associated with them.

A green pin next to a location indicates that this location is flagged as "Available for Property Management", and that there are one or more leases associated with this property.

A yellow pin next to a location indicates that this location is flagged as "Available for Property Management", however there a no leases currently associated with this property.

A red pin next to a location indicates that this location is not flagged as "Available for Property Management", however there are properties below this one in the hierarchy that are flagged as "Available for Property Management".

If there is no pin next to a location, then the location is not flagged as "Available for Property Management", and there are no properties below this one in the hierarchy that are.

The Lease Tree Browse Window also uses different icons to help you identify whether a location is a common area property or not.

Properties that are not common area properties show the regular property icon.

Properties that are flagged as a common area property use the common area property icon.

The Lease Tree Browse Window also displays indicators next to leases to help you identify the current status of the lease.

Leases with a green check mark next to them are Active or Proposed Leases.

Leases with a yellow cross next to them are Expired Leases.

Leases with a red cross next to them are Terminated or Cancelled Leases.

If an item has a plus sign (+) then there are more items below it in the hierarchy. You can click on the plus sign to expand the next level in the hierarchy. When a level in the tree is expanded, the plus sign will change to a minus (-) sign. If you click on the minus sign, the level will be collapsed.

If an item does not have a plus sign next to it, then there are no more locations or leases below it in the hierarchy.
