When the Lease Module is started for the first time on a new day, Pinnacle will examine the Charge/Payment Template schedules for all Charge/Payment Templates, and determine which charges and payments need to be generated. These charges and payments will be displayed in the Charges/Payments Auto-Generate window.
The auto-generate process determines which charges and payments need to be displayed based on the due dates for schedules, and also based on the access rights for the user who has initiated the process. Only templates for a lease with an access code that the user has rights to maintain will be inspected for inclusion in the auto-generation window. This means that if another user with rights to different access codes runs the Lease Module, the auto-generate process will be run again.
