The data file to import Condition Assessments must consist of nine (9) comma separated columns. The columns must be in the following order:

The value for the Advance/Delay field must be in the following format: <A/D> <n> <X>. The first character must be "A" to indicate an Advance, or "D" to indicate a delay. <n> is the number of days, weeks, months or years that you want to advance or delay by. <X> is the advance/delay units, either "D" for days, "W" for weeks, "M" for months, or "Y" for years. For example, a delay of 4 weeks would be: D 4 W |
