Work Order Barcode Reconciliation is a feature within Pinnacle where any issues that occur with asset barcodes on a work order can be reviewed and corrected if necessary.
The issues with Work Order barcodes that Pinnacle can notify you of are:
The Barcode Worked On field on the Work Order Closure tab is not a valid asset barcode number
The Barcode Worked On field on the Work Order Closure tab is a valid asset barcode number, but the asset worked on is not a valid asset for the Contract selected for the Work Order.
The Barcode Worked On field on the Work Order Closure tab is a valid asset barcode number, but the asset worked on is not in the location that was selected for the Work Order. This can be reconciled in two different ways, depending on the Last Stocktake Date of the Asset, and the date that the Work Order was completed.
The Barcode Worked On field on the Work Order Closure tab is a valid asset barcode number for the Work Order, Contract, and Location, but that it differs from the "Asset Barcode" number for the Work Order.
While an existing Barcode Reconciliation issue has been outstanding, the barcode number has been changed on the Asset Details tab of the corresponding asset record.
Any issues that are raised with Work Order Barcode Numbers can be reviewed and processed from the Work Order Barcode Reconciliation Window.
