The Pinnacle Schedule Module has a number of user definable settings which may be specified in the Application Settings window. This window can be accessed by choosing the Application Settings menu option from the Maintain menu in the Administration Module.
You can enter the following information for the Schedule Module defaults:
Default available hours - The default number of hours that are available to schedule work for in any month. If your maintenance team normally work a 40 hour week, then set this figure to 160. Changes to individual months to take into account holidays can be made on the Resource Balancing window.
Automatic resource balancing insertion - Whether to automatically insert information into the resource balancing table for a schedule.
Create shift logs into the future for X days - The number of days in the future to create shift logs for.
Schedule Name - The default name you want to use for Schedules. If you leave this field blank, the system will use "Schedule". If you enter a name, this name will be used throughout the Schedule module instead of the word "schedule".
