Adding a Planned Maintenance Template for a Contract

Planned Maintenance Templates can only be added to a contract when the status of the contract is "Contract Let", or "In Progress".

To add a PM Template for a Contract from the Contract Browse Window:

  1. Open the Contract Browse window.

  2. Highlight the contract that you want to add a template for.

  3. Choose New Template from the Contract menu

    OR

    Choose New Template from the popup menu

    Pinnacle will open the Work Order module, and will add a new blank Planned Maintenance Template in the Template list. Pinnacle will automatically set the Contract ID for the Template to the contract that was selected when the Template was created.

  4. Type in the Template details.

  5. Choose Save from the Template menu

    OR

    Choose Save from the popup menu

    OR

    Click the Save toolbar button.
