A Job Request is a request for work that has been submitted to Pinnacle. These request for work can then be examined to determine if they can be turned into a Work Order. A Job Request is a simple request for a task to be performed, without all the detail that is involved in a work order.
Job Requests can be submitted through the Job Request module of Pinnacle, or they can be added from an external interface, such as through a web site.
NOTE: The submission of Job Requests via the Internet is not a default setting in Pinnacle. If you wish to be able to submit Job Requests to Pinnacle via the Internet, please contact your support provider.
