Some windows in Pinnacle allow you to hide fields that aren't relevant to your organisation. This is called Field Masking. Those windows that allow you to use field masking will have a Field Masking menu option on the File menu.
Select Field Masking from the File menu.
The system will display the Field Masking window, and will show a list of the fields available.
You can choose to show or hide any fields that are not flagged as mandatory. When you have finished selecting the fields to show or hide, click the OK button.
The system will show or hide the fields you have selected to mask/unmask.
