Communications Configuration Defaults

The Communications Configuration Defaults window allows you to set up default e-mail information for the Pinnacle Communications Interface Module.  The settings in this window will not be used unless you have the PCI Module enabled.

The Communications Defaults window also has an information button next to the Message Type drop down list box to display codes that you can use to insert information in the Message Body.  For example, you can use the code <LA> for the Location Address in the message body.  When the e-mail, fax, or SMS is generated by the PCI module, the message body will be created with the actual location address for the work order or job request.

The Communications Configuration Defaults window has several options: E-mail, Fax and SMS.
