The Pinnacle Job Request Module has a number of user definable settings which may be specified in the Application Settings window. This window can be accessed by choosing the Application Settings menu option from the Maintain menu in the Administration Module.
The Application Settings window has several options for the Job Request Module: Workflow, MWAs, and Other.
The Workflow option allows you to specify some defaults relating to the operation of the Job Request Module:
Automatically refresh browser every X seconds - This indicates whether the Job Request browse window should refresh automatically after a specified number of seconds, so that requests submitted externally are displayed in Pinnacle. This option must be turned on from your Pinnacle initialisation file.
Include compl/finalised requests on browser - Whether to include completed and finalised requests on the job request browser.
Include cancelled work requests on browser - Whether to include cancelled job requests on the job request browser.
Default Maintenance Type - The default maintenance type to assign to Work Orders created from job requests.
Allow multiple selection for MWA generation - Whether to allow you to group similar job requests together and create a single work order from the group of job requests.
Copy request description to MWA comments - Whether to copy the job request description to the comments field of the work order when a work order is created from a Job Request.
E-mailed Request File Type - This is the default file type for the e-mail program to use when e-mailing a job request.
