You can turn job requests into work orders so that the work for these job requests can be carried out.
Open the Job Request browse window.
Highlight the job request or requests that you wish to turn into a work order.
If you highlight more than one job request, only a single work order will be created. The work order will use information from all the job requests
Choose Create MWA from the Job Requests menu

Choose Create MWA from the popup menu
OR
Click the MWA toolbar button.
Pinnacle will create a work order from the selected job requests, and will print the work order.
Open the Job Request that you want to create a work order for.
Choose Create MWA from the File menu

Choose Create MWA from the popup menu
Pinnacle will create a work order from the job request, and will print the work order.
When you create a work order from a job request, the information from the job request is used to create the work order.
The Job Request Requester becomes the Work Order Requester.
The Job Request Phone number becomes the Work Order Phone number.
The Job Request Location becomes the Work Order Location.
The Job Request Details becomes the Work Order Description.
The Job Request Date and Time Required by become the Work Order Date Due.
The Job Request Priority becomes the Work Order Priority.
The Job Request predefined task becomes a task for the work order.
Comments are also added to the work order. These comments are a summary of the job request, including the Request ID, the Detailed Description, and other Job Request information.
