When you are importing Planned Maintenance Templates, the Generic Import program will check the type of Planned Maintenance Template imported from the data file to see if the Schedule Recalculation needs to be performed for the Planned Maintenance Template. When a date-based PM Template is imported, Pinnacle will display a dialog box asking if you want to generate the maintenance schedule for all templates.
You can choose the Yes button to generate the schedule for the current template. The dialog will be displayed again for the next date-based PM Template imported. You can choose the Yes to All button to generate the schedule for all date-based templates imported, and the dialog will not be displayed again during the import process. You can choose the No button to skip the schedule recalculation for the current template. The dialog will be displayed again for the next date-based template imported. You can choose the No to All button to skip the schedule recalculation for all date-based templates, and the dialog will not be displayed again during the import process. If you click the Cancel button, the import process will be halted.
