The Costs Drill Down Window displays the postings that have gone into making up the expenditure amount for a period on the Monitor tab. You cannot edit any fields on the Cost Drill Down window.
The Cost Drill Down window shows the following information:
Budget Code - The budget code that the postings belong to.
Budget Code Name - The name of the budget code.
Period - This is the period and the financial year that the postings were made in.
Origin - This is where the posting came from (e.g. MWA, Contract).
Reference - This is the reference number for the posting (e.g. MWA Number for an MWA posting).
Posting Date - This is the date that the posting was made.
Week - This is the week that the posting was made. The week number is the predefined week number from the Coles Myer calendar.
User - This is the user ID of the user who added the posting.
Commitment - This is the amount of commitment for the posting.
Expenditure - This is the amount of expenditure for the posting.
The window also shows a total of commitment and total of expenditure at the bottom of the list of postings.
