The Feedback/Failure tab allows you to set codes for the work order that can help you identify over all your corrective work orders the main causes for failures, and can help you analyze the feedback from the work that was done for the work order.
You cannot access the Feedback/Failure tab if the work order is a Corrective Inhouse work order.
The information available on the Feedback/Failure tab is:
Feedback Code - This is the feedback code for the work order. This is a code to standardise the feedback received after the work for a work order has been completed. You can choose a feedback code from the list of codes defined in the Feedback Codes table. You cannot choose a feedback code if the work order is a Corrective Contract work order.
Failure Code - This is the failure code for the work order. This is a code to help you analyze the root cause of the work order, that is, the basic reason for the work order being raised. Pinnacle will display the Failure Code description next to the Failure Code.
Actual Duration - This is the actual number of hours required to complete the work order. This field can also be updated from the Details tab.
Down Time - This is the number of hours of down time associated with the work order. This field can also be updated from the Details tab.
User Defined Status - This is the user defined status code for the asset selected for the work order. You can select a status from the list of User Defined statuses that have been set up in the User Defined Status Codes table. You can use this field to update the user-defined status against the asset. This field is only visible for work orders with an equipment asset.
Optionally, you can specify on this tab a descriptive reason for failure against each task associated with the work order. To do this, select the appropriate task from the drop down list, and type in the reason for failure.
