The Performance tab gives you performance statistics for the work order. It shows you when the work order passed through the various stages of the Work Order Life Cycle, and the length of time that the work order spent in each of those stages. This allows you to see where hold-ups might be occurring in the work order processing, or lets you see how quickly a work order is being responded to.
The information available on the Performance tab is:
Created On - This is the date and time that the work order was created.
Created By - This is the user ID of the user who created the work order.
Commenced On - This is the date and time that the work order was commenced.
Commenced By - This is the user ID of the user who commenced the work order.
Completed On - This is the date and time that the work order was completed.
Completed By - This is the user ID of the user who completed the work order.
Finalised On - This is the date and time that the work order was finalised.
Finalised By - This is the user ID of the user who finalised the work order.
Due Date - This is the date and time that the work order was due by.
Summary - This is a two line description showing you how long after the due date the work order was completed, and how long after the due date the work order was finalised.
Time In Phase - This shows you how long the work order spent in each of the different stages of the life cycle. There is a Time In Phase field for the work order statuses of Outstanding, In Progress, and Work Completed.
Total - This shows you a running total of how long the work order was active at each of the life cycle stages. There is a Total field for the work order statuses of Outstanding, In Progress and Work Completed.
