Completing a Work Order

If there is no more work to be done to complete a work order with a status of In Progress, and all of the labour hours and material costs have been entered, you should complete the work order.

When you complete a corrective work order, Pinnacle can prompt you to enter a failure code for the work order if you haven't already done so. Pinnacle will display a dialog box from which you can select the failure code for the work order.

In the Work Order Defaults you can decide whether you wish to be prompted to enter the failure code.
