Stock Usage Forecast Report

The Stock Usage Forecast Report is also a tool to help forecast the planned maintenance requirements for a period in the future. The report lists the dates that Planned Maintenance Templates will generate work orders, and the estimated stock items, quantity and cost for each work order. If you choose to print a detailed report, the report will also show what PM Template required the stock item.

Report Parameters:

• Whether to group the report by day, week, month, or year.

• Whether to print a detailed or summary report

To run the Stock Usage Forecast Report:

1. Run the Work Order Module.

2. Choose Stock Usage Forecast from the Reports menu option.

3. Choose whether to group the report by day, week, month or year. Choose whether to run a detailed or summary report. Click the OK button.

4. Select the parameters for the report (if any). Click the OK button on the report parameter window to run the report.
