Planned Maintenance Template Report

This report lists all Templates that have been set up in Pinnacle. You can choose whether you want to list tasks for the work orders or not. If the tasks are listed, the report will also display the skills and materials required for the tasks, along with the estimated quantities and costs for the materials.

Report Parameters:

• Whether to include tasks

To run the PM Template report:

1. Run the Work Order Module.

2. Choose PM Template from the Reports menu option.

3. Choose whether to include tasks. Click the OK button.

4. Select the parameters for the report (if any). Click the OK button on the report parameter window to run the report.
